Materials:
1 1-3/4" wide x 9-1/2" long Glassine Envelope
Decorative cardstock
Stapler and staples
Candy
Pinking shears
Instructions:
Fill the envelope with the candy. Leave about 1" at the top free.
Measure the cardstock 1-3/4" wide to match the width of the envelope and by 3" long.
Fold the cardstock in half. Trim the bottom with the pinking shears to give it a decorative look. I *LOVE* pinking shears because they are available in many
different edges from smooth scallop to sharp waves. Pinking shears provide an easy and creative look to any paper project. The shears are available at any local
arts and crafts supplies store.
Fold the cardstock over the open end of the envelope. Position the stapler in the bottom center of the cardstock and staple the envelope
shut.
Adhere a personalized sticker to the center of the envelope.
You can perform this technique with any of our envelopes - glassine or not - for a creative packaging idea.
