When will this product ship?
It takes 5 business days (not including Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays) to PROCESS your order even BEFORE we ship it out to you via the shipping method you select. Choosing Next Day Air, 2 Day Air or 3 Day Air shipping will NOT speed up the PROCESSING time of your order - only the SHIPPING time by UPS.

- DO NOT REFRIGERATE OR FREEZE YOUR CHOCOLATE!!! We use real chocolate, so subjecting it to major temperature changes can cause it to discolor and look unappetizing. All products should be kept air-tight (in original wrapper) stored in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight.
- Shelf life: 6-9 months when stored properly. Image will begin to fade after 3 months if exposed to light.
- Please deliver product to an address at which someone will be able to receive the package on the specified delivery date.
- Note that this is a perishable product and cannot be returned.
