What if I do not wish to place an order online?
You can...
1. Place a Phone Order
Call our Customer Service desk toll-free at 866.445.4405 or if you're calling from Long Island, New York at 516.881.2093 to place your phone order Monday through Friday, 10AM EST to 4PM EST. NOTE: Even
though we will take your order via the telephone, we will ultimately submit your order information
via the Internet. If your mission is to avoid submitting your personal and financial information
via the Internet, then you should submit your order by mail and pay by check or money order (see below for instructions).
OR...
2. Pay by Check or Money Order
Simply print the Checkout page that contains all the items you wish to purchase (including any
sales tax, shipping costs, surcharge and grand total).
Make your check or money order payment out to BLUE GROTTO MEDIA, INC. Then,
along with your Checkout page printout, send your payment to the following address:

Payment with check may delay shipment of merchandise at least 2 weeks.

Will I be charged any sales tax?
If you are shipping your order to an address within the state of New York, the sales tax rate assigned to your zipcode of the total dollar amount of the products ordered as well as the shipping charges will be collected.
The New York State Department of Tax and Finance REQUIRES that we tax not only the product but the shipping cost as well.
If you are NOT shipping your order to an address within the state of New York, no sales tax will be applied to your order.

I keep getting an error when I try to submit my order, what do I do?
There are three possibilities on why you are receiving the error:
- The billing address you provided on the Checkout page does not match the billing address that your bank has in it's database. Make sure you provide the address where you receive your bank statement.
- You did not choose the type of shipping method we should apply to your order.
- You do not have enough funds in your account.

What happens after I place the order?
In your e-mail inbox, you will receive a receipt that will have your order number, a list of the items that you purchased, and the amount you paid. Please check to see that all the information is correct. If not, then please contact us.
If you do not receive this email, first check your spam/junk/bulk folder for the email. If you still cannot locate it, do not hesitate to contact us.
